Return Policy:
We accept returns only if you received the wrong size, the wrong product, or if the item arrived damaged. If the mistake was not your fault, Italian Collar will cover the return shipping cost after our agent receives the item. Customised Items are not returnable and refundable.
Note : If you want to cancel your order please inform us with in 24hrs after placing the order after 24hrs we would not be able to cancel your order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the correct one at no extra charge.
Please note: If the product gets damaged during return shipping, this policy will no longer apply.
1. Wrong items, or defective items.
2. In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed.
4. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your are not able to provide unboxing video we will could not proceed your return or exchange request.
In case you dont like item, can exchanges items.

If you want to return any product for return, you have to inform us within 6hrs at contact@italiancollar.com after receiving the item.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any customized items. Once an order is placed and customization details are confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. We encourage our customers to carefully review all customization details before placing an order. In the rare case of a defect or an error on our part, please contact our customer support team, and we will work towards an appropriate resolution.

5-days exchange policy, which means you have 5-days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

Rs. 200 Will Be Charged As An Exchange Charge, You have a maximum of
5 days from the date of your delivery to make a exchange.
